Inspect & document
We perform a free 21-point inspection, mark and photograph every piece of storm damage, and build a documented report. If there’s no real damage, we’ll tell you — filing a claim with nothing to back it only burns your record.
Filing a roof insurance claim shouldn’t feel like a second job. We document the damage, file the paperwork, and meet your adjuster on the roof — so you end up paying your deductible instead of retail price for a whole new roof.
After a hailstorm rolls through Central Texas, your insurer sends an adjuster to decide what they’ll pay. That adjuster is fair, but they’re working for the insurance company — and they may spend ten minutes on a roof a trained roofer would spend an hour on. Damage that goes undocumented is damage that doesn’t get paid. When we meet your adjuster on the roof, we make sure every legitimate hail bruise, wind crease, and damaged component is on the record, so your claim reflects the real scope of the work.
You shouldn’t have to argue roofing terms with your insurance company or guess what’s covered. That’s our job, and we do it for free as part of restoring your roof.
It’s less complicated than it looks once you know the path. Here’s the whole thing in three moves.
We perform a free 21-point inspection, mark and photograph every piece of storm damage, and build a documented report. If there’s no real damage, we’ll tell you — filing a claim with nothing to back it only burns your record.
You call your insurer to open the claim; we hand you everything you need to do it. When the adjuster comes out, we meet them on the roof and walk the damage together so the approved scope matches reality.
Once the claim is approved, we install your new roof — most in a single day. You pay only your deductible plus any upgrades you choose; your policy covers the rest of the approved work.
Here’s the math that surprises most homeowners. If your roof has covered storm damage, your insurance pays for the roof minus your deductible. So instead of paying full retail for a replacement, you pay only your deductible — the fixed amount in your policy, often a few thousand dollars depending on your coverage. Our inspection, documentation, and claim help are free. There’s no hidden cost for letting us guide the process; we’re paid out of the approved insurance scope when we do the work.
One important line we never cross: your deductible is your responsibility, and a contractor who offers to “waive” or “eat” it is asking you to commit insurance fraud. We won’t do that, and you shouldn’t trust anyone who does. What we will do is make sure your claim is honest, complete, and fairly paid. If your insurer underpays or misses legitimate damage, we’ll provide the documentation to support a supplement. This service pairs naturally with our storm & hail damage restoration, and depending on the approved scope your project may be a full replacement or a targeted repair. We help homeowners through claims all across Central Texas.
A free inspection, a written quote that doesn’t change, and a workmanship warranty in writing. We’ll never push you to file a claim that isn’t justified — honest documentation only.
The policyholder has to open the claim with their own insurer — that’s the law. But we make it easy: we hand you the documented damage report and everything you need, walk you through the call, and then we handle the technical roofing side, including meeting your adjuster on the roof.
The inspection, documentation, and claim assistance are free. If your claim is approved, you pay your deductible (plus any optional upgrades you choose), and your insurance covers the rest of the approved scope. We’re paid out of that approved scope when we do the work.
No — and no honest roofer should. Your deductible is your legal responsibility, and waiving it is insurance fraud that puts both of us at risk. Anyone promising a “free roof” by eating your deductible is a red flag. We keep your claim clean and fully documented instead.
It happens, especially when a quick adjuster visit misses damage. We provide thorough photo documentation up front to prevent that, and if needed we can supply additional evidence to support a supplement or re-inspection. We can’t override your insurer’s decision, but solid documentation is your best leverage.
Quickly. Texas policies have filing deadlines after a storm, and hidden hail damage gets worse over time. The sooner we inspect and document, the stronger your claim. If water is already coming in, we offer 24/7 emergency repair. We serve all of Central Texas.
Begin with a free, documented inspection. We’ll handle the roofing side of the claim from there.
